Central western regions are waking up to polluted air, levels that are 4 to 5 times higher than usual. The season's first fine dust advisory has been issued in Incheon and in Chungcheongnam-do Province. Fine dust will sweep southern parts of the country this afternoon. <br /><br /> Temperature wise, an autumn chill in store for tomorrow morning at a low of 5 degrees Celsius, but readings will return to norms by the afternoon. This morning though we are waking up to higher lows than yesterday.<br /><br /> For a closer look, Gyeongju and Chuncheon are waking up to a low of 8 degrees, Busan and Jeju are relatively mild at 14 and 16 degrees. <br /><br /> Daily highs will range between 16 and 21 degrees, slightly higher than yesterday under mostly sunny skies but avoid outdoor activities unless absolutely necessary. <br /><br />That's Korea for you and here's the international weather for viewers around the world.<br />
